Store Policy

Can I return or exchange my item?

We don’t do back and forth.

All sales are final.

Every piece is chosen with intention—we trust you’ll do the same.

 

What materials are used?

Each piece is crafted from 100% wool felt—

structured, refined, and made to hold its form over time.

 

What if my order goes missing or gets delayed?

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the custody of the postal system. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Our policy: We’ll always provide tracking, but we don’t have a hotline to the mail gods.

 

How should I care for my item?

Like it matters.

Keep it away from water, oils, and anything that may cause staining.  Store it properly. Wear it well. We offer products to help maintain your items.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

Now that, we handle. Email us within 5 days of delivery

with your order details and photos.

We’ll make it right.

 

Can I ask questions before I order?

Absolutely. Slide into our DMs or email us if you’re unsure about fit, size, material, etc.  We’re here to help you find the piece.
