Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy
At forth + WAYNE, every piece is thoughtfully considered. Return eligibility depends on where the purchase is made and the collection.
In-Person Purchases — Pop-Ups, Markets & Events
All in-person purchases are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations for changes of mind, personal preference, or size selection are not accepted once payment is completed and merchandise has been handed to the customer, except where required by law.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their merchandise, confirm sizing, and review the purchase terms before completing checkout.
Online Purchases — The Moment Collection
Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, including all original packaging.
Contact support@forthandwayne.com within the return period for instructions.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method following inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Online Purchases — The Exclusive Collection
All purchases are final sale. These limited-edition releases are produced in restricted quantities and sizes and are not restocked.
Online Purchases — The Edit Collection
All purchases are final sale. Each piece is individually assessed and priced according to its condition. Known cosmetic imperfections are disclosed in product descriptions and photographs.
Order Cancellations
Online cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment. Requests are reviewed but are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, the applicable online return policy governs.
Completed in-person purchases cannot ordinarily be canceled after merchandise has been handed to the customer, subject to applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If merchandise is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact support@forthandwayne.com with your receipt or order information and photographs, if available.
We will review the concern and provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
