forth + WAYNE offers thoughtfully designed headwear and select accessories. Our collections reflect an appreciation for timeless style, individuality, and intentional craftsmanship.
Product descriptions, photographs, availability, and pricing are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including colors, materials, dimensions, sizing, and features.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and selecting their preferred size before completing a purchase.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is required at checkout through the payment methods offered on our website. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed before purchase completion.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order because of inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping options, applicable charges, and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Complimentary standard domestic shipping is offered on qualifying orders of $360 or more, subject to the terms displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Final Sale
Return eligibility varies by collection.
The Moment Collection: Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions described in our Returns & Final Sale Policy.
The Exclusive Collection: Purchases are final sale.
The Edit Collection: Purchases are final sale. Each piece is individually assessed, and known cosmetic imperfections are disclosed through product descriptions and photographs.
Customers should review our complete Returns & Final Sale Policy before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Product Care and Use
Customers are encouraged to follow the care guidance provided with their purchases or on our website.
Proper storage, handling, and maintenance can help preserve the appearance and condition of headwear and accessories. Damage resulting from improper handling, alterations, or use is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.
Discount codes must be applied during checkout and generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
